In 2023 January I was approached by a Mr Mogashoa from vivlia to develop an e-learning program for their company in Setswana. I was told that after submitting all that I was asked to do they will give me a 3000 token of appreciation thereafter I will get royalties from that. I asked a colleague of mine to assist me with the writing of the material. We we given time frames and we had to meet their deadlines. We had to use our own cars and petrol to travel to where we were meeting in Alex. We also bought our own food. We were promised to be reimbursed for the food and transportation but that never happened. After submission we were told that they are waiting for the department of education for approval but that never happened. We wrote several emails to Mr Mogashoa but nothing happened. He does not even communicate with us about the developmnts.I feel that Vivlia owe us because they are keeping our material as their own of which it is not so. They ****** us.
