Useless Service

This company is useless, i was speaking to some guy called Given right now and he sounds like he doesn't want to talk and his clueless about everything. i submitted my claim about 4 week ago and a week ago on the 22nd of June i was told that my claim has been submitted for assessment, today the 2nd of July still my claim is awaiting to be assessed 8 days later nothing happened on my claim, they don't even correspond to give any update on our claims and we have to always call them for feed back which end up not getting positive feedback on our claims. BAD SERVICE, i will advise people not to take VIVA Cover at ALL.
