False Adverti*****t

I signed up for viva cover for my Huawei Nova 5T in the month of June 2021 and to date I have not heard from viva cover, the insurance department or complaints department. I think it's pathetic that I as a paying customer was told there are no waiting periods but when I put in my claim they keep saying there is a backlog. I want this insurance cancelled and I WANT MY MONEY PAID BACK TO ME ASAP as I was **** to upon activation. I also work in the cellular industry and have never ever seen this type of service ever.!
