There is no 0 Rating so has to be a 1. This business is the worst I have ever dealt with in terms of customer support. No Comms, no commitment to resolve issues. Looks like the owner know legally not much can be done so he doesn't commit to anything incriminating. If you want headaches and no after sales support, then use this guy. Better to maybe call his previous employee Bele to see if has his own business as most of the actual work was done by Bele. Just the talking was done by Wesley except when it comes to support then Wesley doesn't even talk. I wish success to all businesses and people but this behavior from Wesley is very unprofessional and one day someone is going to klap him.
