Deposit taken, no work done, no communication regarding installation appointment not kept.
Wesley Daniels promises the world and fails to deliver time and time again. He's very quick to take the 60% deposit (which has to be paid URGENTLY due to a special which is expiring) but then fails to keep every appointment set. First its excuse after excuse, and then just doesn't arrive on the rescheduled date without communicating at all. Then he doesn't answer any calls or text messages to let us know what happened. Now despite requests for a full refund of the deposit since the work is not done and the goods (JoJo water tank and pressure pump) are no where to be seen, no refund has been made.
