Vitex Solutions and Wesley Daniels not after sales service

Initial installation was fine, was supposed to come and instal a pump cover, never happened. nor did he deliver the guarantee for the pump motor. I now need some assistance to sort out a problem as the pump keeps tripping the power, he has promised to come on two occasions but to no avail. I should have taken a previous review before I had him do the installation as a warning sign not to do business with Wesley. No communication to say sorry can't make it just silence. No after sales care or service, just grabs the big buck for the installation and then onto the next one. Be warned
