Vitex service

Vitex Solutions Pty Ltd , job completed end November 22, Vitex fully paid for the job. To date Jan 2023, still no pump cover supp**** and installed, guarantees and warranties not supp**** , owner never been to site following installation completion to check, nor does Vitex (Wesley) even bother to return calls or message plan for full completion. Communication from Wesley is non existent.. suspect Vitex has serious cash flow problems, and not able to fulfil all its commitments..Vitex thinks its better to bury their head in the sand and hope clients go away.. very unprofessional attitude not to communicate with clients and face up... real pitty
