Stay clear of this so called company

Communicating with these people has been absolute torture. I have been working with suppliers and installers in the property management sector for more than a decade and NEVER have I experienced such terrible service. They were incredibly eager to quote, invoice and accept the deposit, only to ignore my request for updates. Installation date came and went twice with one excuse after the other only to be told that they would prefer to refund me as they are clearly not capable to deliver. It has now been a week and I am stil awaiting my refund with zero communication when asked. Even worse than being out of pocket is loosing weeks on a very time sensitive project. Our departmental registration is now on hold due to this company's incompetence. I feel like I have been taken for a ride. I think it is safe to say that Vitex Solutions is a ****. #blackfriday
