Stay away at all costs - ***** and suboptimal products

I used this company to install a back up water supply system. After less than a year the system started to give issues with low water pressure on the 2nd floor of my house. I reached out to the owner who suggested that i pay for an upgrade to the pressure tank as "he was learning as time passes" that the original solution didnt work well.

On the 7th of May he asked me to make payment for the upgrade before 12 mid-day so that he could start on the 9th. In a rush I made the payment in time and since then till now I have only been receiving excuses and false promises. Made at least 3 promises of installation, the last one he begged to give him one last chance and when the day arrives, he doesn't answer his phone and cuts calls as per all the other days. It reached a point when I demanded a refund a week ago and now has promised twice that payment will be done tomorrow - still nothing as I write this review.

After threatening to take this to small claims court, the owner messaged to say that he his waiting for his suppler to make payment as he has to return the upgraded pressure tank. I paid Vitek so I have no idea why I have to wait for a 3rd party to make a payment that has nothing to do with me.

Stay away from this terrible company - you will be left frustrated with the installation and function and when you need any support, the owner will ***** your money and make countless excuses and wasteful promises of service delivery after you paid him!
