Let down ... time and time again.

Wesley Daniels, the director of Vitex Solutions, is a very nice guy who was very eager to please throughout our project which involved installing municipal and rain water tanks, pumps and piping and Bele, his site manager, was a pleasure to work with during the installations which took a couple of weeks. My problem is that Wesley struggles to deliver on his promises, time and time again. The work was finished on 17 November 2022 and delivery of the pump covers was promised for 21 November. After more than 10 messages to Wesley, the last being a promise from him that I would receive them on 15 May 2023, no covers have been delivered (as at 27 May) and there has been no further communication from Wesley since 11 May. Unfortunately, similar frustrations were experienced in obtaining information on the submersible pump installed (which causes tripping of our inverter every time the pump automatically switches on), although this information was eventually forthcoming on 11 May 2023. This is my first negative review of a company, which I have written reluctantly, but I did give Wesley due notice that I would need to make others aware of his service levels if the pump covers were not forthcoming by 15 May.
