Incomplete plumbing work

2 months later job still not completed. They have been paid. Wesley ignores all. Our calls and messages. He has now taken both our bore hole pump as well as our Jojo pump supposedly for repair. To date we have not heard from him and does not take our calls. We in the process of instituting legal action against the company and against Wesley in his personal capacity should he not comply urgently
