Equipment Failure Not Even 1 Year Later

Almost a year ago we installed a water backup system with them. Everything went ok in the beginning and they did a neat job. Problem is they only finished up about 90% of the work and demanded I pay the outstanding balance before coming to finish.

I was more than happy to pay the owing balance soon as they finished but they didn’t bother to come back.

Almost a year later and we have the following problems.

1. UV ballast broke.. had to replace it. 2. Float switch broke.. had to replace it. 3. Pump is busy going as well and spraying water out the housing.. will probably need to replace it as well.

I don’t think that they’re a bad company just bad business practices and cheap products that were used. The other problem is that they didn’t come back to finish the job. Overall, I would not recommend their services.
