Worse Online Experience Ever

I have placed my order on the 28th of March 2021. For 5 days I didn't get any feedback from the company. On day 6, I got a email in my junk folder from Alex stating they was very busy and couldn't proses my order in 6 days. And then blame the Easter weekend because they couldn't send it. When I rep****, that I was not happy with there service they got very aggressive and said I should not tell them how to run there business. They then said they can only send it after the Easter weekend. Easter weekend is come and gone but still no tracking number for my order. You are lucky if you receive your parcel in 3 to 4 weeks according to other clients. Worse online experience every. Please dont buy form these guys. You will regret it.
