Helo Peter i hope the right people see this post and see what some of us are going throug that this can be sorted out. This is important...IT Can safe a life... I am diagnosed with Copd stage 4 and 19% lungfunksion left and is 24/7 on oxygen. I have had endless problems with vitalaire silinder refill ...now with loadshedding i can understand sometimes it a problem to get to help everyone... they got the contrack for the state so in my eye s they sould be prepared for all this... My main reason now is as follow I have been getting one 10liter silinder(CONSTAND FLOW) a month... (also cost me to phone a few times and beg spend money on calls to order just to get one) Now they decided to drop off this big 20 liter massive silinder...that works (INPULSE ONLY) doesnt work for me....Been on contand flow for years ...so when we panix or have a atack we breathe through our mouths and with inpulse you canot really talk or eat you must only concentrate on breathing becaurse thats the time ut will give you 4lt...i am really battling....but i will try and see how it goes...(Was told i must wait for 2 weeks they will try sort that out) Please understand this ....I have to go to the hospt every month for medicine and every 6 month see a doctor. I Use to take my 10 liter bottel with me put it on a wheelchair and thats how i move arround in the Wentworth hospital..As u know ppl dont help ppl.(STATE HOSP) PLEASE TELL ME NOW WITH THIS MASSIVE 20 LT SILINDER HOw DO I GET TO THE HOSPT. THIS IS SO STRESSFUL i cannot go to hospt without 0z ambulances dont help ..its not emergency at the hospt u not sick. cant put uou in the hospt becaurse off infection and the beds are for sick ppl they say its vitalaire to provide the oxygen Please I am not the only one Like to mention they said they will send me a silinder knowing i said i need it for the 6 February No silinder verry stressed out and so disappointed in vialsure staff after all my calls Corlia
