Vitalaire - the "PREFERRED" home healthcare provider - NOT!!!!!

Below is a transcript of a Google review I did of Vitalaire 8 months ago, needless to say I am now reviewing them here because they STILL DO NOT provide a service. I had my moms medical aid move her over to Oxygen@Home (brilliant people) in June. Whilst we were busy with this process, it came about that the medical aid was going to discontinue paying for the machine as Vitalaire were a few months behind on submitting the required compliance reports to them ;-/ I received a call from a person at Vitalaire to query/confirm that their contract was indeed cancelled and why. I advised him their service was S**t, which I literally spelled out and when he realised what I was saying he questioned further. He practically begged me to stay on the line so he could put me through to their customer care to convey the same story to them so they can resolve the problem. It is now 2 months later and I would probably still be "on hold" waiting for them to answer. Any how, I said to him that I must still notify their accounts of the cancellation as I had only just found out myself that the medical aid had approved the new service provider and this person advised that everything would be sorted, they would send somebody to go and collect the machine and the account would be closed. Yesterday, two months after the cancellation, I get a call from Mxolisi demanding payment and their machine back!!!! There is also no record of the person having called in June because they apparently don't update anything (I say person as I received the call whilst driving so could not write down his name as I have to keep my hands on the steering wheel), I have requested a manager contact me .... I am still obviously waiting, not that I actually think that they will phone me, ***s will fly first. Their account is incorrect, but obviously they don't care because they think by strong-arming the customer they will get paid. Leon, mentioned in my Google review, had to be contacted by the Frailty care and he only pitched up some time in July to collect the machine. I say sometime as he didn't even bother to complete the slip with a date. Constant battle getting them to answer their phone nevermind the constant battle to have mom's oxygen cylinder filled. Cape Town manager, Jani is a blatant **** too who fails to deliver a services, especially w.r.t. the loadshedding. I waited since yesterday 09/12/19 till this morning to call w.rt. filling up moms cylinder; I will add that last night we had Stage 6 loadshedding implemented over-and-above the Stage 4; she called this morning with the lie that there is a national crisis due to a shortage of oxygen. I had gone and contacted their only employee, who does not service my moms area, Lunga, yesterday who did actually go out of his way to ensure that the oxygen was delivered. Leon, who is supposed to deliver oxygen **** the last time and told them it had been delivered 10 days prior to my calling/bombarding Vitalaire's contact centre. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE IN CAPE TOWN!!! Their only Godsend is Lunga who is an absolute darling to deal with! As for using Vitalaire in general....make sure your funeral policy is up to date
