Vitalaire services are very bad and lying alot

Hello Peter i am very disappointed in the company vitalair wich providing my mom with oxygen we haven't received the refills from them and it's been 3 weeks now that we waiting they gave us an emergency number *** if the tanks are empty or If the oxygen machine not working we did call them me and my cousin who follows up they keep telling us that the driver try too call us but we don't pick up wich is a lie and we sometimes get loadshedding 3 too 4 hours and then I must take my mom in too the day hospital for air and her condition got worse so they sent my mom too Tygerberg even they call the company too but still nothing until this day we still waiting for refills me so now I am wondering if they take this long too bring the refills cylinders what if the machine is broke how long will they take too bring another one as my mom can't stay long without oxygen and they are playing with my moms life, my mom is home now did fetch her on Friday from the hospital Friday we call vitalaire again they told us on Monday we waited Monday nothing and know calls Tuesday we call they say the next day and it's almost weekend now yet again we going into 4 weeks now if this week is up. What I want too know is what's the real story even if we don't pick up like they keep saying here are people every day at home there always someone at home too deliver the stuff my mom is home too don't know for how long before I must rush again too hospital, and one more thing I want the name of the driver who keeps saying that he calls us and the number wich he was calling me or my cousin cause I know for affect that the company or him are lying
