Cylinder deliveries are terrible, paid on Sunday, Sister came out of her way now to quickly drop off for hubby, call centre is no assistance, when you get to that section the call conviently gets cut, luckily I had an email address of a helpful young lady from previous who I eventually mailed to try and get assistance. Have been a client for many years renting a cylinder and machine and really not fair to make patients wait for days for oxygen refills.
