Viyalair: Poor service and poor Machine

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I've received from VitalAire. My daughter is currently hospitalized due to the company's failure to deliver equipment as promised, which is the second time this has happened. This incident highlights a lack of communication and a disregard for our needs as clients.

Details of the Issue Failed Delivery*: On the 1st of April 2025, we were promised that the equipment would be delivered on 3rd. However, the delivery was not made, and we were left without the necessary equipment.

Lack of Communication*: Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, we received no updates or explanations for the failed delivery. Previous Incident*: This is the second time we've experienced issues with VitalAire's delivery and communication

My daughter's hospitalized admission, which caused by the company's actions.

We hope that you will take our complaint seriously and take immediate action to address the issues we've raised or else I will escalate this matter to the relevant Bodies and Councils.
