Vitalaire not to be trusted.

My elderly parents rented an Oxygen unit from Vitalaire on 24/08/2020. They returned the unit on 3/10/2020. A full month of rent was paid along with a full deposit. To date (26/11/2020) no money has been paid back. All the requested documents and details for payback were provided. Countless emails and phone calls resulted in empty promises. Vitalaire should not be trusted. Please think twice before doing business with them.
