Vitalaire - No concern for their patients

Vitalaire is the supplier for my mom's oxygen machine at home. A nurse was last seen at home in May 2014, she usually comes around regularly to check on mom and check if the machine is in working order. To date no one has visited her to check is everything is ok. We had problems with the machine and called branches around the whole of South Africa to get someone to assist us, after weeks a consultant called to provide over the phone assistance after speaking to so many people. My concern is, we are paying for a very important service from a patient who requires the use of this machine on a daily basis, why should we call and beg nurses to be dispatched to look after her medical needs. It seem's as though they are just not interested in their patients and this is very sad and disturbing.<br> <br> I would appreciate some answers as to why nobody has visited home in the last year, their usual and famous excuse is they are short staffed. Short staffed since last year, yeah right!<br> <br> Where is their customer service ethics?
