I have been getting oxygen from vitalaire 4 a couple of years now twice before I have received an empty bottle and have complained about it on the 9th March I received 3 cylinders (sealed) of course when my husband went to replace the last cylinder he found the sealed cylinder was empty that was on the 23rd March i phoned and spoke to Vanessa Pather and was trying to explain the cylinder hadn't been full but empty and she kept telling me that i must not know how to work the whatever I'm supposed to work when I started talking loud and getting upset she told me not to get rude with her she told me to phone dbn branch to del a cylinder if they had full ones of course the phone just rang and then went through to jhb I then phoned Vanessa back and she told me that she spoke 2 someone in Durban and they would phone me now since then 24th and 25 they don't want to answer my calls as it is i had to borrow oxygen from a friend but had to give it back due to the lock down i do not know what to do to get any oxygen as I'm reliant on it to live please help me I'm begging now
