Vitalair Poor service

VITALAIR. My daughter was discharged from RAHima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital on the 26 March 2025, she. Because her breathing problem, the hospital ordered oxygen machine from Vitalair south africa and Boiyumelo peomised that the machine will be delivered on the 28 March 2025 or on the 31 March 2025 and since then, i never recieved the machine for my daughter and is been more than a week she was discharged. if she stays longer in hospital she get infection and start to sick. Vitalair service is poor and now i tried to call them they do not answer. I will take this matter further if I do not recieve the machine today.
