Terrible service

Good day, i am writing this complaint because i have been calling since last week to refill my mothers oxygen cylinder and replace the oxygen machine as it just blew and refused to work, i was given a reference and told it would take 2-5 days to be delivered, till today nothing has been delivered and everyday when i call they say it will be delivered. today i called again and was told that they don't have a machine to replace the other one, and all these days i have been given the run around while my mother has no oxygen they cant admit her into hospital so for the past week she has been sitting in casualty just to receive oxygen. she is a cancer patient and is dependent on oxygen and this is draining her even more. This is terrible service from this company.
