Shocking and Unacceptable Service
My 63 year old wife suffers from COPD and has been on an oxygen machine for a few years now. We relocated from Gauteng to Cape town in December 2014. We have since then been unsuccessful in getting a Vitalaire nurse to visit my wife or service the machine. We have spoken to Celeste, our previous contact in Gauteng who was really helpful, and Pauline in Cape Town, who has since left the company and now recently with Ina in Cape Town promising a visit. Well, it's now 7 months and with no visit despite all the promises in the world. Besides my wife's health, which is numero uno, I pay for this pathetic service. Nobody seems to care, which says a lot about caring for the elderly. Hopefully this note will inject some much needed spark.
