Rude judgmental Call Centre agent

Disgusted by the conversation that your call centre agent had with my wife. Rude, prejudiced, judgmental and flippant. How dare does an agent question our ethics and morals as well as make judgmental remarks when we call to get an oxygen machine issue resolved. This comes on the back that the machine has been checked or serviced in years. It is absolutely unacceptable that we must tolerate abuse from an agent deemed to help and unacceptable that you leave your customers in tears after attempting to get help. Train your staff on etiquette and mannerisms. It is unacceptable in any sphere of society!!!!
