Really shockinng management of company

From day 1 dealing with Vita****e has been shocking.<br> <br> <br> When we bought the CPAP machine the staff member was not correctly trained to see and help us chose the correct product. only after we threw our toys did someone come to our house to assist<br> <br> Accounts-We have to CONTINUOUSLY fight to get our accounts sorted out. Staff never get back to you and when they eventually do it is weeks later.<br> <br> Pretoria-We ordered filters for a CPAP from them a month ago but still not arrived. <br> <br> When I called Johannesburg this morning to try and get these filters only after I repeated myself 5 TIMES did the person actually understand what I wanted.<br> <br> The generally running of this company is a disgrace to say the least. The owners should be really concerned at the level of non service we get from Vita****e and even certain providers I contacted (desprate to get someone else to buy from) told me that that refuse to deal with your company due to bad service.<br>
