<p>my mom is a state patient who has an oxygen cylinder and a machine from vitalaire. The service from them is pathetic andthere are always problems when cylinders need to be exchanged for full ones. This week my wife called to arrange delivery of which she was told there was no cylinders available and might be avail on wednesday. We then phoned again wednesday to be told only thursday but up until today 23/12/2016 14:50 it still hasnt been delivered. I spoke to palesa this morning who then advised her manager Giyani to call me to give info on whats happening but no call from him/her. They now advised that the filled cylinder will be delivered today but they cant confirm the time but it might be before 22:00 tonight. I hope they jack up their service in the new year.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
