Poorer service

Morning this is my first complain , yesterday I call vitalair emergency after 17h00 for oxygen they promised to deliver the very same nite cause it's an emergency while waiting for I call the ambulance to my sister cause shes using it 24 hours . At about 21h00 electric came back we went 2 hospital 2 collect her thinking the oxygen will b delivered last night as promised and it's an emergency call even now no oxygen , electricity is gone as we speak.
