Pathetic Service

For something as 'vital' as oxygen, you would expect excellent service...Try again! You don't get hold of them in the first place, and when you eventually do, you get put through...to an answering machine. Or the phones are just not being answered. Previous complaint, one broken machine was replaced with another broken machine...then the process of struggling to get someone to assist starts all over again...In the meantime my grandma is dependend on oxygen 24/7! Because of this ongoing problem, we now had enough! Something has to be done. This is ridiculous!!
