oxygen cilynder exchange

Im Mr WJ Bronkhorst. Ive ordered oxygen cilynder on 3oct 2019,today is mon 28 oct 2019 have phoned them daily for week and spoke to their senior in charge Lebo and this is not the only incident to report. He promised to look in to the matter but he has failed to make contact. I tired begging them for oxygen but they say they are short on cilinders but they dont even worry to pickup the empty one to get it refilled. Now this is the company that provides for elderly its a shame that they have contract with goverment to supply us in elderly in need of oxygen but dont care his state patients. What attitude and respect they show for the sick its very sad . I cant believe nobody cares please help us.
