Outstanding Service

HI<br> I recently had cause to complain about the service I had received from Vitalaire but I would like to offset that with a very much appreciated thank you for excellent service received to-day, Saturday 8th August 2015. My Oxygen machine failed in the early hours of Saturday morning 0200hrs to be precise and we made an urgent call to *** and spoke to a pleasant lady by the name of Tumi who put the replacement of a machine in to action immediately. We received replacement machine at 0800hrs on Saturday, 6hrs later by a very nice guy by the name of Thabo, who had an hours drive to reach us from Durban.....What brilliant service and I would like to congratulate Vitalaire and a special thank you to Tumi & Thabo for their diligence/care and outstanding service.<br> Once again thank you
