NO FEEDBACK

We submitted an application for an oxygen unit for my mom Mrs A Visser at approx 10 am today. Spoke to Lilian who informed that it takes between 3-5 working days for medical aid to approve. However she said she will arrange for a loan unit in the interim and have it delivered to my mom today. I have made sever phone calls to follow up and get a time as to when delivery will be made. Everytime she promises to call me back, and up till now nobody has returned any of my calls. I was also told that she cannot get hold of the nurse on the road. I am the patient's daughter, Ms Delia Hockley this is extremely urgent, as my mom was discharged from hospital today and is currently at home without any oxygen. It saddens me to think that this is how a human's life is valued from a company such as Vital Aire, we should have rather made use of the other companies that we were referred to. I find this shocking to say the least
