No Client service!!!!!

This is becoming a habit of Vitalaire. The previous cpap mask i need was also a mess to get hold of someone to assist. After calling, sending whatsapps to the nr on the website absolutely no service. A lady called Zandile never rep**** on either email or whatsapp. After her a lady by the name Courtney promised to assist but that was also ignored. This is life depending equipment, i keed a proper mask urgently. Absolutely pathetic!!!!! I have been a patient with them for around 14 years now but its just getting worse by the day
