No Aire

I hsve a cpsp machine. 2 mths later my husband needed one. Our medical aid dont cover for the pre tests so my husband and I paid for it. This lady at Vital aire P.E was so agains us getting the machine that she told me my medical will not pay for it Eventually my medical Aid did pay for my hudbands cpap but the mask broke a month later. I sent Umelda a message but she said they dont have stock. Sent an email again still no stock... I think Vitalaire and ecpecially PE branch think they control our air and we so desperate. My hubby is wearing a rope thing to tie his mask and we stiil waiting for Umellda to contact us.
