Nightmare company

I'm very unhappy with their service. I ordered a CPAP machine and paid in full, before we made payment they would communicate almost everyday. I made payment and they confirmed that they had recvied it . Than they tell me that the machine is not available and I have to wait for it as they still had to order it from Cape town. We waited for the mechine. They than sent us a "loan mechine" that came with someone else's information as well as settings, I tried calling them numerous times with no luck , as I was being told that Lydia Mo***eng was on leave and she is the only one who can help me in the whole company. They than delivered the new mechine and took the old one and boy was it new . It had no settings what so ever , I mean nothing. I called them over 15 times in one day and still cannot get someone who can help me. Till now the mechine is here but we can't use it as there is no settings and one cannot set it as it needs a expect to set it . So if you are looking to buy a CPAP machine please look else where as Vital air doesn't care about their customers at all. Till now I still can't use the mechine .......
