I need a car dc charger for my easypulse POC and waiting from the 7\7\2017

I am on oxygen 23/7 and have COPD. My car was ****** with my dc charger in it. Trying to get a charger from vitalaire is the MOST FRUSTRATION PERIOD OF MY LIFE. Outsurance asked to get a quote HAHA . I went from sales to stores, we don't have stock, no I need a quote up to sales then stores. Wait a couple days same story, Then I get told phone Pretoria and when they sometimes answer no phone Joburg. I eventually got my car but I am FRIKKEN still waiting for a car charger for my POC.

I believe my POC needs to be serviced in American also wanting to know time frame.

PLEASE MAY I HAVE A CAR CHARGER totally and utterly big hole full
