Horrible Service

<p>I went to change my mother's gas cylinder on the 13th of May and they told me that they dont have spares. The guy (Dominic) promised to have it dellivered as soon as they're available. 5 days later we are still waiting and when i called the emergency line, I spoke to Tinyiko who said they are still NOT available and does not know when they will be.</p> <p> </p> <p>We dont have electricity now and my mother is supposed to be on this gas cylinder that is not available, what must I do now?</p>
