Harassment

<p>Over the last few years, I have received numerous accounts and threatening letters from lawyers and service providers. One such provider is Vitalaire. I keep getting letters to my address for Ms. JML Cooke who died in 2013. I have a copy of her death certificate if you want to see it. As far as I am aware her estate has been wound up and there is no prospect of reclaiming the funds. Please provide written confirmation that the debt has been written off as this is the only way I can know this has been settled. </p>
