Good service

From the time we recieved a prescription amd that the equipment would be supp**** by Vitalaire, we were advised to keep in touch and follow up by phone to check the order status and estimated delivery time etc The home oxygen machine and back-up up cylinder were delivered on the 9th working day after initial script. The technician who delivered the equipment was patient and knowledgeable and explained how everything worked. I hope to be able to update with good reviews as time goes on. This is all very new to us.
