He provided me with so much more information about how your services work. Ryan was incredibly understanding, explained everything very clearly, and showed genuine sympathy and compassion. That was truly refreshing. As my husband is a government patient, it can be quite intimidating and scary to call and ask for refills. Your team is doing an amazing job of making people feel heard, respected, and valued. You have created an environment where, even though we may need assistance, we never feel like a charity case. That means more than you may realise. You made me feel like my husband and I are still relevant and deserving of dignity and kindness. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Ryan.
