Faulty equipment

<p>It is 22h00 on 20/7/16 and we have been strugling with my oxygen machine for more than a hour t has been a long time that I have these problems just this morning we change the previous faulty machine for this one it was working fine but all of a sudden it is not working anymore it is all faulty working a few hours then pack up. I need to be on oxygen 24 hours I did complain already about the bad service delivery as far as equipment corncern we received in East London it is just not fair what more can I do to receive the service my medical aid pay R1900pm for I got help from a lady of head office Marlene last week also the machines was swoped today that machine was swoped again and now it is not working I talked this morning to Nomalanga from the call centre who promised me that Lynette will phone me back I am still waiting for that call my opinion is that they only move faulty machines from one patient to another The lady Lerisha also could not risolve this problem so where do I go from here?</p>
