Excellent service from Bonga Hlongwane

<p>I would like to thank one of your employees Bonga Hlongwane for his excellent service yesterday when he exchanged my mothers faulty machine in Bergbron. He has the utmost respect and dignity for his patients and his friendlyness could not go by unnoticed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really wish all your employees could have the same compassion and attitude towards the patients which, is sadly not the case.
