Cpap

Hi

My husband receive a cpap machine from vitalair. When we receive machine it has a sticker on bag that said the aqua is included. But i dix not receive it. I phoned them a lot of times and they said person who packed cpap must removed that sticker but he did not.

I want the humifider feel its my right to have it as the sticker is on bag. I put a complaint in with hellopeter but vitalaire dont want to give my humifider. I feel i you goinh to buy a car for kid at shoprite and it said batteries included then there must be batteries otherwise theres a proplem.

Please help to sort this matter out.
