Hi,I am writing this complaint because of the service we recieved from this company.Vitalaire delivered a machine last week and the driver told us that the gas Cylinder will be delivered as soon as possible and we contacted him this morning to findout when are they going to deliver the Gas.

The driver told me that I need to call the headoffice to findout about their process.

My mother is suppose to be discharged this morning but we need to place her under this oxygen and the doctor told us that she cannot put our mother in the risk because we can expect low shedding anytime.

We called the company and their phone rings with no answer and the driver does not want us to call him as we only have the cellphone that can be answered.Please find this following number ***.
