Complaint

Good Day I'm tired of wasting my money calling Vitalaire. They never ever return your calls. I see so many complaints on this site and yet they fail to improve themselves. Still waiting for calls to be returned after the "nurse" says she'll call you and also the staff in patient queries and orders also never do. And please, Vanessa Panther, either change your copy and paste answer you reply with or change the automatic reply that is on. Always the same reply to no matter what the queriesl or complaint. Your guys are a supplier and don't see how your can refuse to supply what a Specialist has requested for the patient. Let's see and hope someone can reply or call me. Thanking You
