Calling dead customers

Today for the third time since October last year I receive a call for a nurse or whatever they call themselves to come out and check my dad stats and his oxygen machine. And everytime I have to explain that he has passed away last year october, various calls made, e-mails sent, copies of death certificate sent and still his name stays on the list. This is emotional torture.
