Bad smell of *******ion

Vitalaire is most properly the worse contracted company by the present goverment. I called in a period of 24 hrs for a refill of a cylinder a total of 12 times sent a E-Mail to van Rayene no refill no feed back either.<br> This ordeal started after load shedding and the back up cylinder was used on Wed 28 Jan at 14h00.@ 23h30 I was taken to a private clinic to receive oxygen treatment. Stayed overnight and following morning transferred to goverment hospital. Again oxygen was requested and at present it is 18h00 the 29th of Jan still no oxygen. a person from Pretoria came to my rescue at hospital in JHB and went back to Pretoria and returned with a cylinder with oxygen and a machine. The call centre manager said he will send a cylinder to hospital at 11h00 this morning so I can return home at 16h00 there was no sign of Vitalaire neither a cylinder. And still no oxygen either as back up.This is not the first time I had such bad service from Vitalaire. Vanessa Panther waiting for your response and I will take this matter further to the MEC of Health in Gauteng you and Vitalaire are not the people that suffocate with out oxygen but the patients. I'M WAITING FOR YOUR EXCUSE!!!!!!
