Bad service from Victor

I am utterly disgusting and disappointed with the service I received I made a request on the 31 December for nasal tube's etc.... I called on the 4th to make a follow up and was told that Victor would contact us to finalize the delivery and he didn't call. I called again on the 7th and I was told that on their system it shows that the order was complete and the delivery was made but no one came Victor did not deliver 😒 You need to understand that these are delicate equipment and are a matter of life and death, we even had to use selotape to keep the pipe intact,he eventually delivered today the 9th.... Something needs to be done with Victor's behavior this is totally unacceptable,people are out there hunting for jobs while he doesn't respect his.
