Appalling Service !!!!

Broken promises, blame game and completely ignoring any contact from either myself or Rob Ferreira Doctors to arrange oxygen for my 70-year-old mother. This service is appalling to say the least. Spoke to a lady by the name of Precious, first she says that she hasn't received the script from the hospital then the script was incorrect, new script was issued and stamped and sent to her, i even took a pic of the script and forwarded it to her and she says she hasn't received it. But then promised to make a plan and deliver the unit yesterday which never happened . The hospital has had my mom's discharge- forms ready for the last week and half yet she is still there as they can't discharge her till she gets the much-needed oxygen. Precious then blames the hospital for the mess up's. I have looked into this and no fault by the hospital. And now she totally ignores any communication from either myself , my mother or the Doctor. So being in the hospital for a month and half my mother can't be discharged till this company comes to the party. If Management could please assist it would be appreciated . Kind Regards Tyron S.
