8 months for repairs

I sent my weissman cpap machine to h/o in November 2016 after it stopped working. I could not rent a machine in the mean time because of the cost involved. After numerous calls I received a repair quote on 22 Feb 2017. This was not made out to me, so I rep**** to Lydia Mo***eng to give me a quote in my name and adress. I received the correct quote on 31 May 2017 and made payment the same day. 21 June 2017 I followed up on progress. 22 June I receive a reply that the local technician is in training and I will be contacted the following week. 6 July 2017 I receive a call from the sales department, offering me a new machine for R 5200. The repairs cost R 3 100. I phone again, talking to the operations manager. If I knew a new machine cost R 2000 extra I would have bought it. Today 10 July 2017 I received my repaired machine (first test, hopefully a good nights sleep, tonight). My mask and pipe is badly worn due to 10+ years use. Replacement of that will be another R 1 200. I feel, due to the bad service and my sleep apnea getting worse over the past 8 months, Vitalaire owes me a new, complete machine.
